In 2004, Mohammed Zainul Abedin Farid founded Zain Farid Associates with a singular vision — to create architecture that is not just beautiful but deeply functional and enduring. Starting from a modest studio in Hyderabad, the practice grew through word of mouth, trust, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
What began as a small residential design firm gradually expanded into a multidisciplinary practice taking on commercial complexes, high-rise buildings, interior design, 3D visualization, and turnkey project management.
Over the past two decades, ZFA has delivered 500+ projects across Hyderabad and beyond, partnering with leading names in real estate while always serving individual homeowners with the same level of dedication.
